Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Fortezza Strength Systems is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products and must be reported within 14 days of receipt. Custom or made-to-order products are not eligible for return unless faulty. Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval by Fortezza Strength Systems.
